CHARTER FOR THE PROPER USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND RESPECT FOR CONFIDENTIALITYFOR ALL EUROPEALEADER’s STUDIES

EuropeAleader Gmbh is a company whose purpose is to conduct both offline and online data collection, face-to-face, telephone and the web data, which including all existing methodologies for collecting quantitative and qualitative, dynamic and static data information.

For the collection of all this information for research and analysis purposes, EuropeAleader processes and generates data files that may include personal data on behalf of EuropeAleader and on behalf of its customers and business partners.

The purpose of this charter is to describe the processes and actions implemented by EuropeAleadder in compliance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and thus to ensure the proper management and optimum protection of the personal and confidential data of participants in its studies, in particular by ensuring the implementation of the following commitments.

EuropeAleader commits:

• to obtain informed consent, prior to collection and, in a differentiated manner, adapted to each type of processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the GDPR, whether a questionnaire is handed in person or before a telephone interview.
• to collect only the personal data strictly necessary for the performance of each study (for example: entry of the name and surname of a person to be recalled by appointment to conduct an interview by telephone) and for the internal quality control process (for example: entry of the email address or telephone number of a person who participated in a survey, so that he or she can be contacted again as part of our random quality controls).
• to secure access to this personal data thus collected, using the most appropriate means to best protect files including personal data, in particular during internal and external file exchanges for the purposes of the statistical processing and analysis process.
• to reserve access to personal data only to collaborators and partners expressly responsible for processing them in the context of the specific study, who are themselves committed to strict compliance with the provisions of the GDPR.
• to retain such personal data only for the duration of the study, and to ensure that files containing such personal data are deleted within a reasonable time after the completion of each study.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 1 "Transparency and modalities" of the GDPR, and in particular Articles 12 to 20, any person participating in a study conducted by EuropeAleader may in particular require the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information concerning him/her, the deletion of such data, the limitation of processing such data, and the transmission to himself/herself of such data.
